The Quality Inn was very comfortable, clean, and the customer service was excellent. The next time my family and I visit Brookhaven, we will definitely be staying at the Quality Inn. 10/10 highly recommend.
My husband & I recently had car issues and needed to spend 2 nights in Brookhaven. So glad we picked Quality Inn. Amanda and her staff were wonderful. They helped us out any way they could. They really cared about us. We were very comfortable in our room. The breakfast offered a wonderful selection. Since we couldn't drive anywhere it was lovely to know we could start the day with coffee, bagels and a nice variety of breakfast goodies. If future travel plans take us through Brookhaven there is no doubt we would book a stay at Quality Inn.
Very clean, looks new, NO musty smells ! Quiet and bed was very clean and comfortable! Close to interstate with lots of local stores , restaurants Nextdoor ! Use your AARP card for discount too!
Room was large and accommodating. A/C good , bed comfy. Pillows and towels could have been larger. Easy access from car into room.
My stay at the Quality Inn at Brookhaven Mississippi was exceptional. I wanted to mention the great staff that made my week and a half stay there awesome. Cynthia..Britney...Sheena...Jaiden were extremely courteous and very professional. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers without question. If I m in Brookhaven Mississippi in the future this will be my top choice hotel!!
My room smelled nice, and was really clean. Cynthia checked me in, not really a fan of her, she had attitude in her voice and made smirky looks at me when I would turn my head. Not really somebody I would want to work for me!!! Brittany the lady who checked me out, she was nice. Treated me like I was family. That’s the kind of people you want to work with you!!!!
Very nice staff and room was extremely clean. I also felt that it was im safe location. We will be staying here again when we visit for family reunions.
